Enjoy precision printing results with contact rollers designed for stability and maximum performance.
Katsura WHITE EC 200 is an NBR rubber designed with anti-static properties, ideal for use in plastic film slitting machines with a rubber hardness of 50 Shore-A.
NBR has replaced EPDM in the use of contact roller because NBR not only possesses the necessary anti-static properties for combustible environments but also offers greater abrasion resistance compared to EPDM.
Contact roller require resistance to pressure, abrasion, ozone, and anti-static properties. Without these resistances, various issues may arise, such as shrinkage of plastic film, dust contamination on the plastic film, uneven winding processes, increased plastic film waste, and low roller longevity.
In the film manufacturing industry, it is highly recommended to use Subelux Treatment to maximize plastic film production results. The biggest impacts are on the shrinkage of plastic film, rubber roll lifetime, and reduction of plastic film waste.
We also offer several alternative rubber materials for Contact Roller in Slitting Machines such as the 1400 Series, 3000 Series, and M 50.

This roller is designed to withstand high pressure and abrasion, preventing damage to the rubber surface.
NBR rubber variant with low hardness specifically designed for plastic film manufacturing.
Reduces the risk of wrinkled or misaligned plastic film due to static, and prevents potential sparks in combustible environments.
Reduces friction between rubber and plastic film, helping prevent wrinkles that could affect production quality.
Has the capability to recover rubber rollers with a core made of CFRP (Carbon Fiber). A thorough inspection of the Carbon Fiber surface will be conducted before the recovery process, and repairs can be made if damage is found on the carbon fiber surface.
