For new rollers you can supply the core for us to cover with rubber or we can supply complete. We work with solid rolls and hollow cylinders made from a wide range of metals such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum. With the new metal cores in hand, the rollers then follow the Katsura’s production process as follow:
- Surface treatment
- Rubber built up
- Wrapping
- Curing / vulcanization
- Cooling
- Grinding
- Polishing / Finishing
- Final inspection to meet Katsura’s quality standards
